Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Resident Care Aide
DSPs provide hands-on, daily support to residents with tasks like bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility. They also offer companionship, help with medication reminders, and assist with recreational activities to support residents’ overall well-being and independence.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
CNAs assist residents with personal care routines, such as grooming, feeding, toileting, and repositioning. They play a vital role in observing changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions and reporting them to nursing staff.
Activities Coordinator / Life Enrichment Director
This role designs and leads engaging programs and events for residents—like art classes, music therapy, fitness sessions, and outings. Their goal is to enhance quality of life, encourage socialization, and support residents' cognitive and emotional health.
Coordinative Chef / Lead Chef
The Coordinative Chef oversees all aspects of the kitchen and meal services, ensuring that residents receive nutritious, delicious, and well-balanced meals that align with their dietary needs and preferences. This role is a blend of culinary leadership and care-focused nutrition.
Housekeeping & Laundry Staff
These staff members ensure the facility is clean, safe, and welcoming. They perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and bathrooms. They also manage personal laundry services and help maintain sanitary conditions that meet state and health standards.
